Job Description
As a Trainee you will support experienced professionals in all stages of M&A transactions in an international environment preparing sales materials presentations financial models valuations and other client deliverables. The Trainee period offers a unique opportunity to work with Nordic and global corporations private companies and financial investors with an active role in interesting M&A and valuation projects and client interaction.

What do we hope from you
If you are excited by the job description enjoy problemsolving have high motivation to perform and a true teamplayer attitude you might be the Corporate Finance Trainee we are looking for!
In addition we also wish that you have:
- An excellent academic record with a relevant masters degree e.g. in Finance Accounting Economics or Engineering (close to graduation or graduated)
- Analytical and resultoriented mindset with a keen interest in M&A
- Good communication skills and excellent command of English. Command of Finnish is considered an advantage.
- Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Previous work experience from investment banking private equity or management consulting is considered an advantage.
