Job Description
We are looking for 3 xProcurement Traineeswho are motivated energetic and have a cando attitude. This summer position is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in procurement while working in a dynamic multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing Coordination: Manage purchases and related services to ensure ontime delivery at the lowest total cost.
- Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers monitor delivery confirmations and address delivery issues.
- Process Improvement: Help develop and optimize purchasing processes and tools.
- Problem Solving: Resolve delivery inventory and supplierrelated challenges.
- Item Data Maintenance: Contribute to updating prices lead times and other relevant itemrelated data.
- CrossFunctional Communication: Proactively share information across the supply chain and Evacs global organization.
Keys to Success
- Educational Background:Bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Understanding:Moderate technical knowledge of spare parts and suppliers.
- Language Skills:Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Mindset:Positive developmentoriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Skills:Strong organizational abilities proactive communication and a handson approach.
