Job Description
The OI Ambassador (Esthetician) will achieve retail sales and elevate brand awareness primarily through an elevated spa and client experience and exceptional clienteling and servicing.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Elevate Customer Experience through Facials & Clienteling
- Host spa with facial animate workshop with clients and virtual oneonone consultations
- Prepare for events by participating in store rallies while showcasing newness
- Cultivating loyal lapsed and new clients
- Contribute to achieving store goals
- Assisting and prepping for VIP Events in store including presell and booking appointments
- Always maintain clean and luxe spa kits including linens
- Organizing seasonal car stock for stores
Embody Guerlain & Luxury
- Embody and communicate Guerlains savoirfaire heritage and values.
- Ensure image grooming guidelines are followed
- Be an expert; enable a clientoriented mindset and promote the vision of luxury and modernity.
- Serve as an extension to training team in down time to ensure store staff on expert facialist techniques and promote Guerlain through skincare expertise.
Cultivate Relationships & Lead by Example
- Maintain relationships with all retail partners including but not limited to Account Executives Department Managers and Store Managers.
- Motivate Guerlain and retailer teams and lead by example
- Ensure that all communications with customers are courteous cordial and professional
- Makes every client interaction a personal and luxurious experience
- Add value with Account Executive to all retail planning meetings
- Strategize new ideas with Account Executives for individual markets
- Partner with Education team to provide new and ongoing product training to in store staff including new programs suggestive selling techniques and client registration programs
Communication
- Promote Bee App; create awareness and user engagement
- Share best practices with fellow Ambassadors and Education Team through WhatsApp
- Weekly zoom meetings with Education & Sales Team
- Responsible for submitting T&E in a timely manner on a monthly basis
- Conduct all other jobrelated activities.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Esthetician or Certified by Guerlain Spa
- Prior experience in the spa room and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Achievementoriented
- Must be able to drive and maintain valid drivers license
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Must be able to physically carry 30 pounds
- Availability must meet needs of the business
- Must be able to work in a retail environment: light lifting standing at counter

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $27$29/hour.
