We are looking for a person to collaborate in several ongoing projects audit and certification of vehicles in cybersecurity development and R&D projects which aim to modernize the automotive sector in the sense of incorporating cybersecurity by design in the next generation vehicles. The automotive cybersecurity group is part of the IDIADA Electronics department a department that also carries out projects in the field of autonomous driving CITS ADAS Automotive Cybersecurity etc.
The ideal candidate should be an engineer with background in Computer Science Electronics Telecommunications or Telematics Engineer with knowledge in the information security field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in IDIADAs research activities and managing the internal knowledge and expertise on vehicle technology to fulfil the organisation objectives.
- Work in a collaborative environment to develop client related projects.
- Fluent communication with clients to support their necessities in cybersecurity projects.
- Perform audits in vehicle manufacturers according to ISO 21434 and R155/156
- Perform threat assessments analyze attack vectors and review cybersecurity requirements.
- Support clients in the development and implementation of CSMS/SUMS environment
- Define and perform cybersecurity tests
Qualifications :
Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Electronics Telecommunications Cybersecurity Mechatronics Automotive engineering computer science or comparable experience in OEM / Tier 1 dept.
- Communication skills goaloriented selfinitiative and systematic way of working
- Willing to travel to perform audits and shortvisits to clients.
- Fluency in English.

- Masters Degree in Cybersecurity
Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Good to have
- Knowledge on innovative data security concepts and functions for vehicle systems according to current standards and guidelines. (ISO/SAE 21434/ ISO 24089/ SAEJ3061).
- Knowledge on CSMS/SUMS and the cybersecurity regulations adopted in WP29 (R155 / R156).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity specifications implementation used for the CAV development.
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure Connected Vehicle and Automotive Electronic Systems.
- Familiarity with penetration testing threat identification management and assessment procedures.
- Knowledge on ASPICE automotive development.
