Job Description

DATA GOVERNANCE

Collaborate with the global Operations DPG team to ensure alignment with global initiatives.

Develop data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with our corporate guidelines and standards and data quality and consistency across systems with focus on the transportation management data flow.

Evaluate and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability. This includes performing data audits and utilizing data quality tools to identify and address discrepancies.

Establish and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data quality initiatives.

Collaborate with internal and external IT and business teams to improve data integration and enhance data consistency in operationsdelivery processes.

Collaborate with partners to understand data requirements and provide datadriven insights.

 

PROCESS GOVERNANCE & SUPPORT

Develop and implement tools to monitor operations delivery processes providing early warnings on process performance and compliance issues.

Analyze process performance metrics and data quality indicators to identify trends anomalies and areas for improvement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives based on monitoring outcomes ensuring that processes remain efficient effective and compliant with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Improve initiatives focused on simplification and automation.

Act as SME for processes system integration data models tools and functions for transportation management.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Drive local projects related to operationsdelivery data integration process monitoring and improvement from the design phase and throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Evaluate the data quality requirements for new projects. Ensure that data quality considerations are integrated into project planning execution and delivery.

Design and implement data quality controls and validation checks as part of project and change management processes.

Manage impacts and risks to local processes and systems triggered by global Initiatives.

Contribute to the local implementation of global projects ensuring all changes in local processes and systems are compliant with global guidelines and standards.

Collaborate with various operations teams and other departments including Finance and Sales to understand their data needs process requirements and supply chain resilience objectives.

Provide training and support to teams affected by changes. Help them adapt while maintaining high levels of data quality and address any issues that arise during the hypercare period.

 

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Provide local trainings around operationsdelivery processes and systems.

Identify and tackle knowledge gaps by creating and delivering training content.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes including data workflows.


Qualifications :

3 years of work experience in the field of data & process governance.

Proficiency in data modeling integration and data governance.

Expertise in transportation management and logistics within the CPG sector.

Technical knowledge of transactional performance mgmt. and process mining platforms & systems.

Ability to understand complex system correlations.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical prowess enabling you to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Communicate effectively with internal customers collaborate across diverse functional teams and liaise with global teams to achieve common objectives.


Additional Information :

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

 

The base salary range for this position is $70400 to $105600 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. Range may differ for NYC & SFO Bay Area work locations
