Job Description
What youll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Childrens Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes with Spinal Cord injury Muscular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a delightful teenage boy who suffers from multiple complex needs on your daytoday you will be attending to his personal care and clinical tasks checking observations throughout the night and administering required medications.
Qualifications :
What youll need
You will require experience working with PEG feeding ventilation and suctioning for this position. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.
