Job Description
As an MDM Analyst you will take ownership of Master Data Management (MDM) processes ensuring efficient execution of businessasusual (BAU) tasks project delivery and process implementation to achieve excellence. You will manage key master data domains such as Material Master Vendor Master Customer Master and Equipment Master. Proficiency in ServiceMax along with ERP tools like SAP QAD or similar systems will enable you to drive daily BAU operations while focusing on process advancements and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in assigned master data domains to ensure data accuracy consistency and governance.
- Manage BAU activities ensuring timely and efficient resolution of master data requests.
- Deliver MDMrelated projects by collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Prepare update and maintain process documentation including SOPs workflows SLT documents and trackers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and optimize Vendor Master Customer Master Material Master and other relevant master data domains.
- Leverage technical skills like LSMW BDC data forecasting and reporting for data processing and analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in tools like Winshuttle or Evolve for automation and data management.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance skill sets and understanding of MDM processes.
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to established SLAs and governance policies.
- Actively support system upgrades migrations and data cleansing initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or diploma in a relevant field with 25 years of experience.
- Expertise in SAP or QAD master data domains such as Vendor Master Material Master or Customer Master with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Added advantage: Advanced knowledge in QAD Or Qxtend.
- Added advantage: Experience with tools like Winshuttle Evolve or similar automation and data management tools.
- Familiarity with methodologies like Six Sigma Lean Methods or Process Excellence is preferred.
- Strong technical acumen in tools like LSMW BDC and reporting tools.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
