Job Description
- Ensure business processes are effective and in line with Quality Management System of the company
- Provide guidance to operational and quality teams to improve Customer satisfaction and related KPIs
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 requirements professional and managerial support
- Supervise health and safety activity in line with company ESG policy
- People management team including goal setting performance management competency development recognition engagement wellbeing
- Cooperate with Operations across the country and backoffice departments
- Direct reports to: Country Manager
Qualifications :
- Engineering degree
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and/or the automotive industry quality assurance and/or
- Strong knowledge of automotive standards and specifications (e.g. ISO IATF)
- Confident English language skills both written and spoken
- IT proficiency (MS Office and ERP systems)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Problemsolving mindset and customerfocused attitude
- Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
- Category B drivers license with a willingness to travel
