Job Description

Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated creative and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join ServiceNows Platform and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Marketing team! This role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to differentiate our AI solutions in the industry with programs strategies and longterm marketing plans focused on reaching our sales goals. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager youll partner closely with product sales GTM partners demand gen and other teams to build messaging programs and solutions that drive adoption and business growth in a highgrowth market segment. This role is pivotal in empowering our sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive adoption of our innovative solutions. If youre passionate about taking products to market authoring marketing plans authoring solution narratives creating customer evidence creating events strategy being a product advocate to customers and partners datadriven decision making and content development then this role is for you! To be successful in this role you must be experienced in enterprise B2B product marketing have excellent communication and messaging skills and an understanding and interest in enterprise AI and generative AI. What you get to do in this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive seller enablement strategy for GenAI products including the creation of sales decks onepagers battle cards and other essential sales tools.
  • Collaborate with product management sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging positioning and gotomarket strategy.
  • Translate insights from market research and competitive analysis to seller assets aligned to market trends customer needs and competitive offerings.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of seller assets and make datadriven recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our GenAI products.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 10 years of product marketing/management/sales engineering
  • 4 years of experience in enterprise software platforms knowledge of AI a plus
  • Expert and strategic storyteller who can craft simple and memorable narratives
  • Experience building publicfacing presentations with high attention to detail for marketing events sales organizations or executive presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions within Marketing Product and Sales building relationships to drive results.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $146400 $256200 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
