The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the ServiceNow Platform and AI/ML you will play a critical role in advancing our Finance PODs capabilities by leveraging cuttingedge AI technologies. Your expertise will enable transformative solutions including customer zero implementations and the creation of custom AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions to address complex financerelated challenges.
What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with senior developers data scientists and stakeholders to design develop and deploy cuttingedge AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Analyze Data by collecting preprocessing and preparing datasets to support robust model training and evaluation.
- 4050% Implement AI/ML Models into scalable efficient production environments ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
- Code Excellence: Build highquality scalable and reusable code while adhering to software engineering best practices (e.g. Code Reviews Unit Testing Continuous Integration).
- Own Development: Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own the endtoend development processfrom design and implementation to testing and delivering a highquality product.
- Innovate: Contribute to designing and launching new features and products while enhancing and refining the existing product suite.

Qualifications :
Qualifications were looking for:
- Experience: 5 years of overall technical experience. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Computer Science Business) is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of handson experience in the ServiceNow Platform is required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS with the ability to build Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
- AI/ML: Experience in AI/ML building solutions and delivering impactful use cases is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication exceptional documentation abilities and an aptitude for learning and collaboration.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on highimpact activities while staying organized and proactive.
- Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for research technology and driving forward AI/ML solutions in a dynamic environment.
