Job Description
- Perform structural inspections for the following structural elements: (CMU castinplace concrete reinforcement steel shoring/reshoring posttension cable precast)
- This position requires the inspector to be comfortable working at different heights and inclement weather
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications :
Threshold Inspector Requirements:
- Five years of construction experience
- Two years of posttension experience
- Threshold Inspection experience
- Valid Drivers license required.
- State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is required
- Commercial building post tension
(Electrical mechanical and plumbing 1&2 Family Residential a plus)
