flyadeal is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Members. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers during flights. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
Assist with boarding and deboarding.
Serve and sell food, beverages and products.
Respond to passenger requests and inquiries.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks.
Assist with the cleaning and restocking of the aircraft between flights.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.
1. Passenger Safety and Security:
Pre-flight Briefing: Ensure that passengers are informed about the safety procedures, including seatbelt usage, oxygen mask instructions, emergency exits, and life vests.
Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety demonstrations or monitor the video presentation that details safety protocols, emergency exits, and evacuation procedures.
Security Checks: Assist in the security screening process, including ensuring that the cabin is free of hazardous items and enforcing rules regarding prohibited items (e.g., liquids, sharp objects).
In-Flight Safety: Monitor the cabin during the flight to ensure passengers are following safety rules (e.g., seatbelt signs, carrying out safety protocols).
Emergency Procedures: Be trained to handle in-flight emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, and evacuations, and ensure the safety of passengers in case of emergencies.
2. Customer Service:
Welcoming Passengers: Greet passengers as they board the aircraft, offering assistance with seating, luggage storage, and providing information on the flight’s duration and any relevant announcements.
In-Flight Assistance: Serve food, beverages, and other amenities during the flight. This includes managing special requests like accommodating dietary restrictions, providing comfort items (blankets, pillows), and assisting with entertainment systems.
Conflict Resolution: Handle any passenger conflicts or issues that may arise, including seating arrangements, behavior problems, or passenger dissatisfaction with services.
Ensuring Comfort: Monitor passenger comfort throughout the flight, adjusting the cabin temperature, assisting with reclining seats, and ensuring a pleasant environment.
Full-time
