Support the contracting activities by ensuring that all contracts and agreements are legally sound, in line with the flyadeal’ s procurement policies and procedures, reflect the proper scope of requirements and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts terms and condition and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Follow and enforce the flyadeal’ s procurement policies and procedures.
Complete and raise Contract for signature within the SLA.
Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
Support procurement activities when needed.
Coordinate with legal to finalize the contracts review.
1. Contract Negotiation:
Negotiating Terms: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, ensuring the best possible value for the organization.
Contract Drafting: Prepare, draft, and review contracts, including the scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and performance expectations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contract terms, such as unfavorable payment terms or legal liabilities, and address these during negotiations to protect the organization’s interests.
2. Contract Administration:
Contract Implementation: Ensure the smooth implementation of contract terms by working closely with both internal departments and external vendors or clients. This includes tracking deliverables and timelines.
Monitoring Compliance: Monitor ongoing contract performance, ensuring that both parties are adhering to the terms of the contract, including quality of goods or services, timelines, and payments.
Amendments and Modifications: Handle any necessary amendments, renewals, or modifications to existing contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Dispute Resolution: Address any disputes or issues that arise during the life of a contract, working to resolve them efficiently and effectively, potentially with legal support.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or any other relevant field.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eligible for enrollment in the Graduate Development Program supported by HRDF and Taqat.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities are critical in ensuring that contracts are favorable to the organization while maintaining positive relationships with external parties.
Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully review and manage complex contracts, ensuring that terms are clear, enforceable, and risk-free.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess the financial, legal, and operational impact of contract terms and identify potential risks.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to draft contracts, communicate with vendors or clients, and report to management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve disputes, conflicts, or issues that may arise during the execution of a contract.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple contracts, tracking key dates, and ensuring compliance.
Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles is important when overseeing the execution of contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services or goods.
