As a Senior Forecast Analyst you will play a vital role in translating complex data into actionable strategies. This role is key to driving success across therapeutic areas and operational excellence while fostering collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders. Youll ensure the delivery of comprehensive financial plans identify growth opportunities and contribute to refining strategic objectives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
This position is based at our Montreal head office and requires an inoffice presence 3 days a week.
The role reports into the Lead Finance for the Specialty divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and underlying causes of variances.
- Manage and optimize forecast models to incorporate new data opportunities.
- Lead the forecasting process ensuring effective data management.
- Oversee the forecasting process and facilitate strategic business discussions.
- Deliver timely businessfocused analyses.
- Utilize data to address complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Align financial highlights and risks with Finance and brand managers.
- Collaborate with Market Access on brand listing assessments.
- Cultivate strong internal relationships and remain informed on industry developments.
- Support brand teams by integrating analytical insights with business strategy.
- Engage with crossfunctional teams including Trade and market access.
Qualifications :

- Expertise in data analysis with advanced technical proficiency.
- Strong communication skills to drive strategic business discussions.

- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new technologies
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in commerce Finance or Science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in analytical roles such as Sales Marketing or Market Research.
