Dinner Host - No35

Our Host is responsible for the provision of friendly & professional greetings to welcome our guests to the Restaurant. 

The Host manages the table allocations and wait times within the Restaurant to ensure a smooth process for all our guests.

Hosts maintain product knowledge of all menu and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to our guests.

Our Host will ensure the accuracy and smooth transaction of all payments for our guests 

Qualifications :

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Be highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities

Strong focus on guest and team relations. Initiate contact and establish rapport easily

Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills

Handle tasks carefully and correctly be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency

Display high energy levels and demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations

Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations

Be good team player; contribute to and assist coworkers without being asked

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings evenings weekends and public holidays

Valid RSA
