Job Description
At Deloitte M&A Deal Transformation we help clients maximise the value of their mergers acquisitions and divestitures across the entire transaction cycle. We are now seeking Managers with previous experience in leading projects for the below offerings:
- Commercial due diligence (CDD)
- Operational due diligence (ODD)
- Value Creation Services (VCS) i.e. profitability improvement and turnaround situations
In this role you will support clients to manage various aspects of the M&A process and engage with Private Equity and Corporate stakeholders to optimise deal value. You will conduct highquality research and analysis to deliver strategic insights and uncover new opportunities. Additionally you will develop rapport and trust with clients lead and manage challenging projects lead presentations and workshops and drive business development activities that enhance Deloittes market presence in Sweden and across the Nordics.
Our team combines expertise from strategy finance and operations to provide tailored highquality insights that inform investment and divestiture decisions as well as postdeal value creation. Operating across the Nordics and in close collaboration with offices across the globe we work seamlessly to deliver comprehensive solutions during critical phases of the deal lifecycle.
Qualifications :
A successful candidate has the following qualities:
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated high performance from delivering and leading commercial due diligence operational due diligence and value creation engagements for Private Equity and Corporate clients
- Completed MBA or Masters degree with strong academic results
- A track record of leading diverse teams and developing junior colleagues
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in handling the demands of deal cycles
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish
- Cando attitude goaloriented and positive mindset
- Commercial mindset with a track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets
