Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7 years
- Strong working experience with the Pega platform.
- Pega CSA/CSSA certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in process modeling process monitoring smart services process improvement business rules and eventbased technologies.
- Indepth knowledge of BPM architecture patterns best practices and design principles.
- Handson experience with Pega PRPC project implementations leveraging the full capabilities of the Pega Suite.
- Proficiency in integrating Pega with databases web services and external systems.
- Expertise in Pega process modeler reporting UI design business rules development and case/content management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD setup and tools for efficient deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel for shortduration assignments such as client meetings workshops and technical discussions.
- Knowledge of other BPM solutions like Appian or Camunda and experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Pegabased solutions for clients leveraging the full capabilities of the Pega Suite.
- Collaborate with project managers business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Integrate Pega with databases web services and external systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Develop business process models reports UI designs business rules and case/content management features.
- Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Pega development standards and best practices.
- Create proprietary accelerators utilities and reusable components to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to presales activities including RFPs RFIs technical points of view and proofofconcepts (PoCs).
- Showcase thought leadership by contributing to white papers webinars and blogs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Pega and related technologies driving awareness within the technical community.
- Support API and microservices design in cloud environments like AWS and Kubernetes.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
