Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Makati Philippines. As a Test Automation Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Your tasks:
- Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies
- Create execute and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
- Analyze test results identify blockers and work with different teams to resolve issues
- Continuously improve and optimize existing test automation processes and tools
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure highquality deliverables
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in test automation
- Mentor and support team members in adopting automation best practices
- Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in test automation
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java JavaScript etc
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks including but not limited to Cypress Selenium Appium etc
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Docker)
- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira Zephyr
- Familiarity with static code analysis tools like SonarQube
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in crossbrowser functional testing device testing and exploratory testing
- Knowledge of API testing
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
