You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Director of People Applications the People Applications Specialist administers develops and researches core Human Capital Management (HCM or People) and Clinical Services & Quality Management (CSQM) Applications (Dayforce Smartrecruiters Peakon Zavanta Agiloft and Origami). Configures systems to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR (Human Resources) functions including benefits/compensation compliance performance management and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. This position will also be responsible for supporting integrations defining solution requirements as well as providing ongoing system optimization and training efforts.
Essential Job Functions: This role requires a selfmotivated detail oriented positive collaborative and organized individual with the ability to maintain flexibility and take ownership of projects and processes. Must be a problem solver and address issues in a timely manner. Additionally:
Serves as a liaison between the HR team and payroll IT (Information Technology) Accounting and others with regards to HR systems and enhancements
Facilitate yearend related activities for HR and Payroll
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required
Minimum 24 years experience working with people systems in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience with Dayforce Smartrecruiters Peakon Agiloft Zavanta and/or Origami administration reporting and management preferred
Experience in maintenance of core People system integrations
Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to provide clear concise and timely communications on critical issues
Ability to translate and convey technical issues into laymens terms
Ability to interact and work well with others
