Job Summary:
The Performance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies who will define monitoring process and key factors(success). To ensure relevant teams performance align with organizational goals fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- Design and update performance management system including goal setting key success factors and feedback mechanisms. Align these systems with the company target
- Research industry best practices and recommend innovative performance management techniques to enhance overall organizational effectiveness
Goal Setting and Planning
- Collaborate with corresponding team leaders to define clear measurable achievable relevant and time bound (SMART) goals for employees
Performance Monitoring
- Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify trends areas of improvement and high performing individuals or teams
- Conduct performance audits to ensure the accuracy and fairness of performance evaluations
Employee Feedback and Coaching
- Support / guide managers on effective feedback delivery and coaching techniques
- Facilitate suitable (one on one team staffing etc.) feedback sessions between managers and employees when necessary ensuring open communication and constructive dialogue
Performance Improvement
- Develop and implement targeted performance improvement plans for underperforming employees that collaborate with relevant functions (e.g. HR)
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- More than 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket 3 years in team leader position
- Working under pressure and dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Analytical(datadriven) mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Cando attitude proactively face up to challenges
