- APAC GS resource controlling consolidate: Manage internal controlling for GS APAC reporting to regional management and acting as a business partner to service line leaders showcasing the breadth of your stakeholder management capabilities.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Drive the budget planning and charging for GS&M demonstrating your ability to handle largescale financial planning and control and support OSO maintain customer satisfaction regarding transparent communication about charging and preformation
- Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at enhancing controlling excellence showcasing your leadership and ability to drive process improvements across regions.
Part 3: Performance Controlling
- Logistics and Procurement Financial Oversight: Oversee logistics controlling for GS/OSDAPAC and indirect purchasing controlling in APAC highlighting your expertise in performance management across diverse functions.
- Regional Interface Management: Serve as the regional interface for multiple global teams including GS/CTS3 and iBuy Category Managers ability to navigate crossborder collaborations and deliver result
Qualifications :
- Education: A bachelors degree above in finance and controlling area is required; an MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in senior controlling roles within a multinational corporation with a proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and financial operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and strategic planning coupled with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence at management behavior.
- Leadership: A track record of building and developing highperforming teams with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
