Job Description
The Team:
The Legal Ops IRM team is focused on Digital Transformation for the Ethics and Compliance organization supporting implementation adoption and maturity of the technology portfolio used by the Ethics and Compliance organization.
The Legal Ops IRM team interfaces not only with the Ethics and Compliance org but also development teams program teams and UX designers to drive digital transformation through a fourinthebox product mindset.
The Role:
We are seeking a Sr. Business Product Specialist to imagine build and improve digital and platform experiences in collaboration with engineers designers content strategists analytics and program managers. This role requires this individual to imagine champion and build delightful experiences across customer enablement and community. This is an opportunity to develop strategies and plans that impact the operational efficiency of the Ethics & Compliance organization focusing Integrated Risk Management processoptimization and scalability to allow accurate and robust measurement of our enterprise compliance. Qualifications :
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in product management with a focus on agile software delivery
- 2 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance Audit or similar organizations
- Familiarity with software solutions surrounding Governance Risk and Compliance
- Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners
- Experience or understanding of ServiceNows products and the Now Platform and a commitment to become certified in ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals
To be successful in this role you ideally have the following:
- Functional experience using ServiceNow GRC or IRM products
- Deep intellectual curiosity about the effect of technology on Ethics and Compliance
- A history of asking the right questions of business and technical stakeholders to uncover ideas that they havent thought of to deliver the best solution possible
- Fundamental desire to collaborate innovate and showcase the teams work over your own
- Blend of technology and AI experience with business acumen
- A desire to continually increase professional skills including certifications and/or training in PMP Agile Risk Management and Executive Communication
