Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Dream innovate and make informed recommendations for initiatives that will improve our Belonging Group engagement
- Build and drive initiatives that truly make an impact collaborating closely with our Employee Engagement & Communications team and Belonging Groups
- Provide guidance direction advocacy and support for employee resource groups to help stabilize self sufficiency
- Track Performance metrics on the progress of ServiceNow Belonging Groups
- Budget management for these groups
- Travel up to 510% as needed
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 4 years experience in either HR or Talent Management or Diversity & Inclusion or related disciplines
- Strong personal accountability to deliver to plan
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to build strong relationships manage stakeholder expectations and influence employees and leaders across the globe
- Experience developing metrics that measure effectiveness and impact for success of programs and processes
- Ability to work quickly and effectively
- Curious self starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Growth Mindset You are curious and always eager to learn and improve
Preferred:
- Experience running global crossfunctional initiatives
- Experience working in fast paced high growth environment
- Strong data analysis skills
- Effective public speaking skills
- Event planning experience
- Interest in engaging in community activities and diversity groups outside of ServiceNow
