Job Description

Were looking for a Regional Buyer to join our Indirect Procurement team. In this role youll be the goto person for our South East Europe teams ensuring they have everything they need to keep things running smoothly. Youll manage vendor relationships handle purchasing activities and be a key player in helping our teams scale in a fastpaced environment.
Youll start by focusing on operational tasks but we see this role growing quickly. With your drive and the support of our broader team youll soon take on more strategic projects across the region. Its a dynamic role where youll make a real impact on our growth journey.
What youll be doing:
- Contracting: whether its a new deal or renewing an old one youll be leading or supporting the contracting process including negotiations;
- Sourcing: run tender and bidding processes for major projects and support with mid and lowvalue ones;
- Vendor management: from onboarding new vendors to being the point of contact for escalations youll ensure smooth communication and operations;
- Reporting: keep our reports in top shape and dive into spend analytics to help us make smarter decisions;
- Purchasing: handle everything from creating purchase orders to managing item databases making sure we get what we need when we need it;
- Compliance: work closely with our teams and vendors to ensure everythings above board;
- Process improvement: always looking for a better way Youll help refine our ordering processes and support our auditing teams with vendorrelated tasks.
Qualifications :
- Youve got relevant years of experience in Indirect Procurement in the region ideally with some multinational exposure;
- Youre analytical a skilled negotiator and can run projects independently with a handson approach;
- You love learning new things and are eager to grow your career in procurement;
- Your English is topnotch and youre eligible to work in the EU;
- Youre based either in Athens Zagreb or Budapest and youre up for traveling up to 40 days a year.
