As our next Receptionist you
Are the face of Ibis Cambridge Central Station extending a warm welcome to our guests putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Are a passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotels services.
Your missions will be:
Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well
Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved.
Ensures the working areas are clean
Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible
Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Listen to the guest at all times ; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel.
Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
Passionate for the success of the hotel
Attention to detail and quality
Willing to embrase changes

If you are successful you will be invited for an interview followed by a trial shift

To help you navigate your role and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Receptionist you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents. Our hotel offers 231 rooms.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a onenight stay for you to experience this first hand.
