Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintaining and updating project schedules in accordance with Jabatan Kerja Rayas (JKRs) standards. The role also involves generating progress reports with Scurves and participating in progress meetings.
Description
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules Create and manage the project Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule ensuring it adheres to JKRs standards.
- Update Project Progress Regularly update the project schedule to reflect the current progress and ensure timelines are on track.
- Generate Project Progress Reports Prepare comprehensive project progress reports including Scurve analysis to monitor and present the projects status effectively.
- Attend Progress Meetings Actively participate in project progress meetings providing insights and updates on the schedule and any potential delays or issues.
Requirement
- Relevant educational background in engineering project management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project planning preferably with experience working on JKR projects.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project for scheduling and project management tasks.
- Familiarity with JKRs project management standards and requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed reports and presentations.
- Able to join October 2024.
- Willing to join under contract basis for 15 months duration.
