Support the division in negotiations reviewing drafting and finalizing operational agreement contracts.
Responsible for key operational agreements including but not limited to Power purchase agreement Land Sublease Agreement water supply agreement common facilities agreement Sulphur Sale Agreement Right of Ways Crossing Agreement Construction and TieIn Agreement (CTIA) Land Use Agreement (LUA) etc.
Effectively manage and ensure the implementation and compliance of the established operational and commercial contracts.
Coordinate meetings related to interfaces and key operational agreements both internally and externally to initiate discussions and formalize settlements for both commercial and technical support.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. This fosters a harmonious and smooth project planning and development.
Develop and maintain networking with customers (crude and gas buyers) end users e.g. power plant and refineries.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
Proven experience with various operational agreements including but not limited to Power Purchase Agreements Land Sublease Agreements Water Supply Agreements Common Facilities Agreements Sulphur Sale Agreements Right of Way Agreements Pipeline Crossing Agreements Construction and TieIn Agreements (CTIA) and Land Use Agreements (LUA).
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team along with strong communication and leadership skills.
A university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.
Substantial experience in managing major oil and gas projects.
Expertise in negotiating contracts within the oil and gas industry.
