Job Description
Scope : Conveyancing Commercial and Banking Law
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling conveyancing transactions including sales and purchase agreements property transfers and mortgage documentation.
- Support in preparing and reviewing contracts related to commercial law matters.
- Aid in drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on case laws and statutes.
- Liaise with clients government authorities and other legal professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Law and called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Up to 2 years of legal experience.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing and commercial law.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
