Exciting Opportunity for DutchSpeaking Customer Support in Lisbon
Are you fluent in French and passionate about helping people We are looking for motivated Dutchspeaking Customer Support Specialists to join our Lisbon team. If youre ready for a fresh start and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic international environment we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist Dutchspeaking customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction with clear communication and effective solutions
- Work alongside a team to uphold quality standards in service
- Accurately record and manage customer information
Candidate Requirements:
- Nativelevel Dutch
- B2 English proficiency
- Must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Available to relocate to Lisbon immediately
