Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


In this role, you will project manage new revenue streams, analyze sales and revenue data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving business growth. Your expertise in systems such as Navitaire, Power BI, and SkySpeed, along with your ability to drive data-driven strategies, will make a significant impact on flyadeal's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure inflight systems, sales channels, and reports support business growth.
Lead pricing-demand activities to optimize revenue strategies.
Analyze historical and current performance to forecast future trends.
Develop business cases for projects enhancing revenue and customer experience.
Oversee inflight OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Partner with marketing to develop brand-centric promotions that optimize sales.
Seek opportunities to outpace competitors.
Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement
Evaluate Inflight Operations: Continuously analyze inflight operations, including cabin crew activities, passenger services, catering, and onboard technology, to identify areas for improvement.
Identify Inefficiencies: Spot inefficiencies in the inflight service process, such as delays in meal service, waste management, or crew turnaround times, and propose solutions.
Implement Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for inflight operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Streamline Operational Processes: Optimize inflight workflows and procedures, such as boarding and deplaning, meal service, and duty-free sales, to ensure smooth and timely execution.


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other related.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in airline ancillary revenue analysis, strategy, marketing, and systems, preferably within LCCs.
Proficiency in Navitaire, SkySpeed, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills and a P&L mindset.
Knowledge of menu cost matrices, GLPs, LOPAs, and BFE technical specifications.
Behavioral: Solution-oriented, excellent communication, and confident in delivering presentations.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze operational data, customer feedback, and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex operational challenges and find effective solutions to enhance inflight efficiency and customer experience.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, suppliers, crew members, and customers.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and guide staff in the implementation of business optimization strategies.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to monitor inflight operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding of customer expectations and the ability to design and optimize inflight services that meet or exceed these expectations.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with the latest technologies used in the airline industry, including inflight entertainment systems, digital customer engagement platforms, and operational data tools.
