Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Actively seek new leads by visiting the Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesehatan) and other key health organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers at the Ministry of Health and Dinas Kesehatan ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and objectives.
Customer Needs Assessment
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs of healthcare institutions especially within the Ministry of Health and Dinas Kesehatan.
- Gather and document client requirements to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
Sales via ECatalogue
- Drive product sales through the companys ECatalogue platform ensuring customers can easily browse and select the best products for their needs.
- Support customers throughout the sales process ensuring a smooth transaction from inquiry to purchase.
Product Presentations & Demonstrations
- Lead product presentations and handson demonstrations to customers highlighting the features advantages and applications of the products
- Provide expert guidance during product demos addressing any client questions and ensuring a clear understanding of the products benefits.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment through coaching training and support
