The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with flyadeal standards and GACA regulations within the Maintenance and Engineering departments. This role involves conducting surveillance, auditing documentation, managing discrepancies, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest operational standards.

Quality Inspection and Testing
Minimum of 10 years in aviation maintenance or 5 years in aviation maintenance quality.
Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent.
Proficiency in aviation regulations, including GACA, EASA, or FAA standards.
Expertise in AMOS or similar maintenance software.
Strong data analysis skills for identifying trends and improving processes.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Quality Control Process Improvement
Identify Defects and Issues: Investigate causes of defects, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in products and processes. Identify root causes through methods like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or Fishbone diagrams.
Propose Improvements: Work with the production team to recommend solutions for quality issues, process inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with engineers or process managers to design and implement corrective actions.
Suggest Process Enhancements: Continuously review and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and product consistency, including introducing new tools, equipment, or techniques.
Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Ensure that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and maintained effectively to prevent recurring defects.
