Job Description
Remote in Greece
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights hotels car rentals etc.).
- Provide accurate information about travel options policies and destinations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Handle customer interactions via phone email or chat as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure topnotch assistance.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level).
- Proficiency in English for internal communication.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented attitude.
- Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday 08:00 AM 11:00 PM).
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 14 salaries annually (12 monthly salaries 1 salary on Easter 1 split between Summer and Christmas).
- Performance Bonus: Based on performance metrics (details provided during the hiring process).
- Meal Voucher: 50 per month for all projects.

- Annual Leave: 25 days of paid vacation.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day 5 days per week).
