Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a .NET Tech Lead to join our company in a banking based project.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of .NET solutions;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical requirements and solutions;
- Guide and mentor other developers promoting good code practices and reviewing PRs (Pull Requests);
- Ensure the quality and security of solutions through good development practices and automated testing;
- Act as a technical reference point solving complex problems and guiding the teams evolution;
- Actively participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap;
- Collaborate in defining KPIs and team performance metrics;
- Ensure project delivery on time and with high quality.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 10 years of experience in .Net 6 or higher;
- At least 3 years of experience in design and development in microservices;
- Knowledge of EventDriven Architectures;
- Experience in implementing messaging solutions (Kafka Service Bus RabbitMQ or similar);
- Knowledge of relational databases;
- Knowledge of Azure;
- Development in Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
