Are you a resultsdriven finance professional with a passion for leadership and a knack for optimizing processes We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) French speaker to oversee and guide our accounts receivable team in Lisbon.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You manage the daytoday operations of the accounts receivable team ensuring a timely and effective collection process
- You lead motivate and guide a small team of 34 foster a collaborative environment and manage team performance effectively through KPIs
- You identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements in AR workflows
- You and your team aim for successful solutions that protect our customer relationship
- You collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Customer Support and Sales to ensure seamless processes related to collection and customer account management
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- You have 3 years people management experience in a wider finance environment
- You possess a native or fluent combination of French and German OR French and English
- You are ideally experienced with the accounting software SAP and you have a very good knowledge of Excel
- You like to pay attention to detail and you have analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy
- You bring a positive attitude and willingness to actively contribute to the success of the company
