As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers providing assistance and resolving inquiries in English and your selected language. Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be crucial in enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in English and the selected language.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Handle returns complaints and other servicerelated tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German Dutch French Danish or Czech (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
