About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Program Manager to manage customer strategies and oversee product/program execution from new product introduction (NPI) through volume production. This position focuses on driving customer satisfaction profitable business relationships and sales growth while providing leadership to crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing (CM) and strong project leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and prioritize team activities to meet customer commitments.
- Serve as the primary daytoday customer point of contact ensuring resolution of issues and strong customer relationships.
- Oversee successful new product introduction (NPI) processes including planning pricing and supply chain integration.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory pricing and delivery schedules.
- Lead recurring pricing activities and negotiate pricing changes with customers.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) ensuring thorough preparation and alignment with customer objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to resolve inventory quality and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations including cost reduction targets flexibility allowances and warranty terms.
- Lead program reviews and risk assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance performance.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to team members fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Education: 4year degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management within an EMS or CM environment.
- Strong customer interface and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing global business operations and crossfunctional teams.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams conferencing software.
- Strong negotiation analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Solid financial understanding including risk analysis and budget management.
- Other Requirements:
- Available to travel up to 25% including domestic and international travel.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
