Overview / Summary:
We are looking for an Application Production Support provide application support within the Banking and Financing Services area for the DTS CC Comm.
This person will be dedicated to mainly to monitoring via Dynatrace creation and enhancement for dashboard on both infrastructure and applicational level to ensure optimal accuracy on alarmistic and monitorization of the domain.
Main Tasks:
- Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios
- Manage Incidents Requests Changes
- Provide business team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project
- Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue. Contribute towards better postrelease checkouts
- Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented
- Availability to work during Holidays / Weekends as per predefined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team
Technical Skills:
- Application Performance Monitor (Specifically Dynatrace)
- General IT infrastructure knowledge
- Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux
- Shell script
Language Skills:
- English C1
