Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Superintendent to join our clients team on a fulltime permanent basis. As the Production Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations and managing a team of production workers. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely production of highquality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of production workers providing guidance training and support as needed
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and implement measures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Collaborate with other departments such as quality control and maintenance to ensure smooth production operations
Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements and costsaving measures
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in production technology to continuously improve processes and operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Proven track record of meeting production targets and driving process improvements
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
