Responsibilities:
- Facilitate alignment between teams functions divisions and stakeholders.
- Drive the alignment of crossorganizational initiatives through integration planning dependency management and impediment removal.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategy define requirements and serve as the primary communication point for complex programs.
- Plan and oversee delivery by engaging with engineering and product teams to develop clear delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with crossfunctional development teams to deliver solutions from design through implementation.
- Automate delivery processes spanning design development and operations to enhance transparency and establish a single source of truth.
- Foster collaboration and synchronize efforts across teams.
- Identify analyze and mitigate risks in partnership with leadership to address potential roadblocks.
- Champion continuous improvement using a datadriven Kaizeninspired approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- 6 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager Integration Program Manager or a similar role driving software development projects.
- Extensive experience working with software engineering teams on complex multiteam initiatives in fastpaced environments using Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of APIs interfaces software componentization and customization.
- Solid technical background attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
- A growth mindset with a commitment to learning and selfchallenge.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency with technical tools to scale programs and solutions.
