Job Title: Creative Recruiter
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible 8hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Creative Recruiter to identify and hire toptier video editors directors motion graphics artists and influencer marketing coordinators in Argentina. This role requires strong communication skills an understanding of the creative industry and the ability to evaluate candidates for technical and logical capabilities using specific tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Recruit toptier creative talent including video editors directors and motion graphics artists.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the endtoend recruitment process from initial outreach to final offer ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records and candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous recruitment experience preferably in the creative or marketing industries.
- Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) excellent organizational and evaluation skills.
- Technical Tools: Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Attributes: Proactive detailoriented and capable of managing a high volume of candidates.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in creative recruitment or familiarity with the creative industry.
- Experience creating social media videos strong plus
- Experience managing a small team strong plus
