Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Resident Project Manager III to join our team in Piscataway United States. In this seniorlevel position you will be responsible for overseeing largescale construction projects ensuring their successful completion on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from initiation to closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
  • Oversee contract administration and procurement processes
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members
  • Implement and maintain effective communication channels among all project stakeholders

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification:

  • BA/BS 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Must have NJDOT experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Transportation Infrastructure Experience

  • Highway Experience 

  • Experience with NJ Agencys

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field

  • 10 years of experience working with NJDOT

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera P6) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively

  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

  • Proven track record in budget management and cost control

  • Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and industry standards
