Reporting to the Director HR Business Partnership the HR Business Partner develops and implements a highimpact HR roadmap for the Montreal Fulfillment Center. This roadmap developed in collaboration with senior management prioritizes key projects and aims to improve the employee experience. It is based on four main pillars: change management compliance talent management and performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and implementing solutions managing quality projects on time and collaborating crossfunctionally with HR and operations teams. This position requires 45 days a week of onsite presence at our Fulfillment Center located in the Ville SaintLaurent borough.
Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Develop and implement project and communication plans to support organizational changes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement: Support the deployment of employee engagement surveys analyze results and implement action plans to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Talent and Performance Management: Implement HR processes related to performance management workforce planning talent management and compensation reviews.
- Employee Relations: Advise and coach management on employee relations matters performance management and HR policies.
- Compliance: Lead the resolution of complaints and conduct compliance investigations ensuring adherence to labour standards and company policies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement solutions to support employee development and prepare them for changes.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent studies. CPHR designation is an asset.
- Minimum of 35 years of HR experience in a business partner or HR advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of Quebec labour legislation.
- Must be fluent in French both spoken and written
- Experience supporting hourly employee groups.
- Project management and change management skills.
- Onsite presence a minimum of 4 days per week or more as per business requirement (flexibility required).
Assets:
- Experience in a distribution centre or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
