Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Rewards Specialist to join the Global Rewards CoE for managing projects related to compensation benefits and job design across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage total rewards projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decisionmaking including benchmarking studies and market analysis.
  • Participate in job evaluation and salary benchmarking exercises to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Assist in the development of total rewards communication materials for employees.
  • Provide analytical support for adhoc compensation and benefits projects as needed.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification Post Graduation in Management/MBA in Human Resource from a premier institute

Minimum work Experience 25 years of experience in incentive compensation management who has designd and developed implemented comprehensive Incentive structures for global regions.

Candidates with other regions (US/ UK/ EU/ EMEA) will be a plus from Pharma contract research or Indian pharma MNC.

Good in managing MS Excel.

Skills & attributes  
Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a voracious appetite for problem solving
Ability to work independently take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fastpaced changeoriented environment.
Ability to question the statusquo
Execution focus willing to get their hands dirty amidst lack of systems and processes
Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
Enjoys freedom with a great sense of responsibility
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
