Job Description
As a Customer Service Clerk you will be responsible for handling returns and warranties at the distribution center.
This is a regular fulltime position located in our Edmonton DC.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by headquarters
- Conduct necessary research for all customer credit requests
- Request return authorizations from suppliers and complete the appropriate forms
- Manage supplier return warranties
Qualifications :
To join our team you must among other things:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Have a very good knowledge of Excel as well as knowledge of AS400 and Access (an asset)
- Customer Service experience is an asset
