Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our inbound call center team as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor and you will report to a Sales Team Lead. This role is crucial for customers that are shopping for insurance. You can multitask navigate systems quickly and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. To be successful you will build instant relationship and close sales to exceed targets. This is a remote position so reliable internet and a quiet distractionfree workspace are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
  • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
  • Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold

Qualifications :

2 years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience preferred

  • A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license. Experience selling in multiple states preferred
  • Phone skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment and adaptability to change
  • You are technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems relevant tools and equipment
  • You will work at least one weekend day
