We are seeking an energetic and persuasive TeleSales Agent to join our dynamic team in Beirut Lebanon. As a TeleSales Agent you will play a crucial role in driving our companys sales growth through outbound calling and lead generation. - Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers presenting our products or services effectively
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and followup on warm leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the companys CRM system
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to improve performance
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence
- Proven ability to persuade and influence potential customers
- Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejections and overcoming objections
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus
