Job Description

Claim management engineer main task  Customer support about technical issues with products supplied by our company. In charge of support for  Quality claims and their processes as.They troubleshoot and diagnose problems via phone research resolutions apply methods and run tests to ensure that specific issues have been resolved.Coordinates multidisciplinary teams respond in case of audits to Customer claims from third party and Customer. Also in charge of plant to plant issues.

  • In charge of checking all parts for containment in all locations and ensure communication with Customer for the containments activities and the identification of product.
  • Ensures proper follow up on shopfloor of containment activities in order to protect Customer. (Not responsible of the task in shopfloor).
  • Ensures all phases from 8Ds or problem solving (ensures that Quality tool from Customer is respected).
  • Provide feedback to the Customer related to the activities from 8Ds.
  • Track the 8Ds in master list and ensure that timings are accomplish.
  • Provide answer to Customers through portals or via mail.
  • Audit the Corrective actions propose by multidisciplinary team in the floor.
  • Ensure the accomplishment of the processes and Quality policies.
  • Support all activities to obtain and maintain the Quality certification ISO9001:2015 ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
  • Participation in thirdparty certification audits customer audits and corrective actions response in time and manner.
  • Ensures to work with all departments to ensure to follow the quality system and NCs closure.
  • Continuously work to stablish and improve the Internal Quality system (procedures work instructions form etc.).
  • Lead and participate in workshops for improvement of the Quality system.
  • Participation in the definition of key indicators of Quality. Follow up KPIs and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications :

Education: Industrial Mechanical Mechatronics or Similar.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years.

Desired Green Belt training.

Core Tools (APQP PPAP process MSASPC PFMEA control plan).

Problem solving 8Ds QRQC.

Customer audits.

Customer portals.

Technical skills.

Mechanical skills.

Communication skills.

Time management skills.

Organizational skills.

English
