Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation tools a strong grasp of software development principles and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright.
Implement and manage test cases and scenarios in TestRail.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality software releases.
Identify document and track software defects to resolution.
Provide expertise in TypeScript to create efficient and scalable test scripts.
Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies contributing to continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with Playwright and test management tools like TestRail or similar.
Strong programming skills with TypeScript or similar.
Deep understanding of test automation strategies and techniques.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
Knowledge of performance and load testing strategies.
Additional Information :
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico (working from home office wont be mandatory all the time rather it will required from time to time).
