Vending Assistant

As a Vending Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Clean fill and maintain all vending machines at both the head office site and the Drinks Factory ensuring they are fully stocked presentable and functioning properly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate inventory for all vending machines.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints regarding vending machine operations in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that all machines are operational and available for use after normal working hours.
• Assist with other duties within the catering department as necessary demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Essential:

• Competence to be able to understand and operate modern vending machines
• Basic mechanical aptitude to perform minor repairs and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg)
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage vending
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting
• Valid driving licence for potential travel between locations
• First Aid certification
